OREANDA-NEWS. As of 22 October 2007, OKO Asset Management Limited will be called Pohjola Asset Management Limited. At the same time, Pohjola Asset Management Limited will be moving into new premises at Etelaesplanadi 12, Helsinki, reported the press-centre of OKO Asset Management.

The name change will bring all Group operations under a single name and brand. The name Pohjola Bank plc will be officially adopted on 1 March 2008.

OKO Private will become Pohjola Private, providing asset management services for private customers, while OKO Private Equity Funds Limited will become Pohjola Private Equity Funds Limited. The same business division also includes Pohjola Property Management Ltd.

Pohjola Asset Management Limited has a strong position in the asset management of both Finnish institutions and wealthy private individuals, customer assets totalling EUR 32,5 billion at the end of June. Pohjola Asset Management employs some 140 investment experts.
