The enterprise production goes mainly for export. The total sum of investments in the production development will reach over 125 mln rubles this year.

The plant also increases the production through creating new working places. The average workers’ age is 37 years. This year the salary at the enterprise increased by almost 23% and on the average is about 13,000 rubles. The plant workers have many plans. Yearly production of cast bar is planned to reach 266,900 t; almost 300 mln rubles will be allocated for production development.

The governor was genuinely glad to hear about the enterprise's success and its determination to raise the quality of production to the level of world standards. He recommended the plant management to focus on resources to produce new steel brands that are in big demand on the world market today. Besides, Nikolay Maksuta paid attention to the necessity of taking additional measures to provide social security to employed  women with children.

The main federal inspector from the office of the Plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Southern Federal District, Alexander Neveselov, who was also present at the meeting of the workers of Volga-FEST, told about the main economic indicators of the region and compared them with the achievements of the neighbours. The comparison turned out to be in favour of the Volgograd region. According to many indicators the region is among the first three leaders.

The talk about the social and economic situation in the region will continue in the cultural centre of Frolovo. People willing to participate were more numerous than the seats in the hall.  The Frolovo inhabitants proceeded from figures and facts of local importance to the questions of state level. The key one was how to orientate in the sea of promises given today by political parties participating in the election campaign for a place in the Russian parliament.

- If you are not an indifferent person and you want your children to live in a dynamic developing state and you don’t want to worry about the future, you won’t have to think twice, said Nikolay Maksuta. - It’s enough to judge objectively everything that happens around to make the right choice.

- Each one has his own citizenship, - admitted Alexander Neceselov, - but the main thing is that you should come to the elections.
