OREANDA-NEWS. On February 15, 2008 the Board of Directors of Bank Vozrozhdenie decided that the issue date of its 5 billion ruble bonds shall be February 21, 2008, reported the press-centre of Bank Vozrozhdenie.

The bonds are interest-bearing non-convertible secured documentary bonds of series 02 payable to bearer issued through open subscription with obligatory centralized keeping and without option of early redemption. The bonds were registered by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on September 3, 2007.

The bond issue will be placed through MICEX at 100% of the nominal value of RUB 1000 for total amount of RUB 5 billion. The maturity of the Bank Vozrozhdenie bonds is 1097 days with a semi-annual coupon. The coupon rate will be determined at auction to be held among potential buyers on the first day of bond placement. The level of all coupons shall be equal to the initial coupon according to the terms of the issue.

Organizers of the bond issue of Bank Vozrozhdenie are Gazprombank and Citibank.

This is the second issue of corporate ruble bonds for Bank Vozrozhdenie. The debut issue of Bank Vozrozhdenie bonds for the total amount of RUB 3 billion was successfully placed on March 7, 2007. The coupon rate was set at 8,95% per annum.
