OREANDA-NEWS. May 11, 2008. The Russian Ministry of Justice registered, under № 11614 record, № 129 Order of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) of 17.04.2008 "On Approving the Form for Presenting Information to the Antimonopoly Body in Petitions and Notifications under Articles 27-31 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition", reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

FAS Russia devised the Order based on Part 7 Article 32 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition", under which the federal antimonopoly body approves the form for presenting information, specified in Part 5 Article 32 of the Law.

The Order approved the form for presenting information (documents), required for presentation to the antimonopoly authority with an appropriate petition for approval of transactions, or other actions, or a notification on accomplishing such transactions, or other actions, and necessary for making a relevant decision.

When the Order comes into force, the persons who submit petitions for approval of transactions, or other actions, notifications on accomplishing transactions that are subject to antimonopoly control, to the antimonopoly authority should present information specified in Part 5 Article 32 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition", putting the relevant information in the approved form.

When the Order comes into force, the following Orders become void:

- № 276 Order of the Ministry of the Russian Federation on Antimonopoly Policy and Support of Entrepreneurship of 13.08.1999 "On Approving the Regulations on the Procedures for Presenting Petitions and Notifications to the Antimonopoly Bodies under Articles 17 and 18 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Competition and Restricting Monopolistic Activity on the Goods Markets" (registered by the Russian Ministry of Justice on 14.12.1999, Registration Number 2001);

- № 785 Order of the Ministry of the Russian Federation on Antimonopoly Policy and Support of Entrepreneurship of 31.10.2000 "On Introducing Amendments to the Regulations on the Procedures for Presenting Petitions and Notifications to the Antimonopoly Bodies" (registered by the Russian Ministry of Justice on 23.11.2000, Registration Number 2463);

- № 210 Order of the Ministry of the Russian Federation on Antimonopoly Policy and Support of Entrepreneurship of 28.02.2001 "On Approving the Regulations on the Procedures for Consenting to the Transactions Related to Acquiring Assets or Shares (Interest in Share Capital) of Financial Organizations, as well as the Rights Enabling to Determine Business Environment or Exercise the Functions of an Executive Body of a Financial Organization" (registered by the Russian Ministry of Justice on 18.04.2001, Registration Number 2672);

- № 33 Order of the Ministry of the Russian Federation on Antimonopoly Policy and Support of Entrepreneurship of 30.01.2004 "On Introducing Amendments to the Regulations on the Procedures for Consenting to the Transactions Related to Acquiring Assets or Shares (Interest in Share Capital) of Financial Organizations, as well as the Rights Enabling to Determine Business Environment or Exercise the Functions of an Executive Body of a Financial Organization, Approved by № 210 Order of the Ministry of the Russian Federation on Antimonopoly Policy of 28.02.2001" (registered by the Russian Ministry of Justice on 17.02.2004, Registration Number 5560).
