Twenty filling stations in Donetsk and Donetsk Region operate under Parallel trademark. In May 2003 Parallel was Ukraine's first filling stations network to have received ISO 9001:2000 certification from Bureau Veritas, international  inspection group, reported the press-centre of SCM Group.

SCM Group owns filling stations network selling petroleum products under Gefest and PitStop trademarks in Donetsk, Lugansk, Kirovograd, Sumy, Kharkov, Zaporozh'ye, Dnepropetrovsk, Transcarpathian regions, as well as in the Crimea. Integration of Parallel Сompany in SCM Group is another step to strengthen position of the Group on petroleum products trade market.

Integration of Parallel into SCM Group was realized in accordance with the current legislation and approved by AMC of Ukraine and European antimonopoly authorities.
