OREANDA-NEWS. January 27, 2009. Azercell Telecom LLC has put into operation GPRS/MMS roaming service with Sri Lanka’s Tigo operator.

The Company reports that this is the first roaming agreement with Sri Lanka.

“Up today Azercell Telecom LLC has signed the GPRS/MMS roaming agreement with 164 network operators from 68 countries around the world,” the Company informed.
