Taking all these facts into consideration, the Bank "Finance and Credit" has developed a modern channel for the sale of the banking products. The name of the sales channel is electronic banking, which helps the customers to manage their funds and to economize time, while not visiting the departments of the Bank.

According to the Director of the Department of the Alternative Sales at the Bank "Finance and Credit", Veronika Spirke:

"With the help of electronic banking the customers receive a wide range of banking services. The users of the system can:

• perform the funds transfer among their current card accounts, both in national and foreign currency;
• get the latest update on their operations, which were performed with the help of their payment cards;
• block their payment cards, in case the card is lost or stolen;
Besides, the customers can:
• do the online balance inquiry;
• get information on current statements of account;
• top up their mobiles online;
• place orders online or make electronic accounts of different providers payable;
• return a loan debt;

     All these (and many other) banking operations are now facilitated with the help of the electronic banking on the round-the-clock basis".
     The first customers of the electronic banking became the employees of the Bank. Their responses concerning the electronic banking functionality will provide the basis for detailed analysis and adjustment of the system. The security of the system is maintained with the help of the brand new developments in the sphere of data security and cryptography.
     "In the future, we plan to broaden the functionality of the electronic banking, named "Internet banking"- the customers will be able to perform third party funds transfer, both within the Bank and outside the Bank. Likewise, the customers will be able to perform the currency exchange operations, will have the opportunity to be remotely connected to the banking services, and will be able to complete an online application or sign a contract without visiting the departments of the Bank. Overall, the customer will have a chance to use all the advantages of mobile banking", - added Ms. Spirke.
