OREANDA-NEWS. November 06, 2009. The Ingosstrakh IJSC branch in Omsk moved to a new office located in the very center of the city at Marksa prospect , 18/1.

The new office offers the whole range of Ingosstrakh services to legal entities and individuals. In particular, one can sign or amend motor insurance contracts (hull insurance), compulsory motor TPL insurance, individual property insurance, complex real estate insurance as well as to sign travelers insurance contracts. Clients can also make payments for insurance contracts and to claim an accident. Besides that the new office has a loss settlement center.

“The insurance traditions of our city are strong and sustainable and thus the requirements to insurance companies keep growing. In the crisis environment the people of Omsk do not want to waste money on unreliable futile services, which is only logical. That is why we believe that we have to react to the needs of our clients and provide high quality services”, says Elena Astafurova, Director of the Omsk branch of Ingosstrakh IJSC.

The new office at Marksa prospect 18/1 is open Mon.-Fri. from 9 am to 8 pm and on Sat. from 10 am to 4 pm. This is not the only Ingosstrakh office in Omsk. For the clients’ convenience there are also offices at Maslenikova ul., 60, Krasny Put’ ul., 30 and for those who live at the outskirts of the city – in the so-called Oilers’ town, there is an office available at Maluntseva ul., 25. Besides that there work two points of sales of Ingosstrakh at the city’s car markets and an additional office in the town of Tara.

The total sum of payment s collected in the Omsk region over the 9 months of 2009 (besides compulsory medical insurance) totaled RUB 119 million including RUB 27 million for compulsory motor TPL insurance. The Omsk branch of Ingosstrakh managed to grow its portfolio by 45% compared to the same period of last year. The payment made by the branch for direct insurance totaled Rub 57 million. Compulsory motor TPL insurance payments reached RUB 16 million, hull insurance – RUB 22 million.

By the results of the first half of 2009 Ingosstrakh in the Omsk region holds the 7th position with 3.8% of the market (besides compulsory medical insurance), including 8.4% of the overland transport insurance market (4th position).
