OREANDA-NEWS. April 09, 2010. OJSC Oshchadbank and TMM have started realization of a mortgage lending program for the buyers of residential real estate in all completed and uncompleted projects of TMM in Kyiv and Kharkiv. According to the terms of the program, OJSC Oshchadbank provides mortgage lending for purchasing apartments in eight completed company's projects and five projects under construction, which is a positive sign for the primary residential market with limited a number of mortgages.

OJSC Oshchadbank provides mortgage lending for purchasing apartments in six TMM's projects in Kyiv, including Sonyachna Brama and Aviator residential complexes, which are currently under construction, as well as completed residential buildings on Chaadaeva st and seven projects in Kharkiv including completed Atoll, Carat and Flamingo complexes and Cascade, Edelweiss and Green Town, which are under construction.

Key parameters of the mortgage lending program of OJSC Oshchadbank for TMM's customers buying apartments in completed and uncompleted projects:

Down payment – from 30% of total property value;

Term – up to 20 years;

Amount of loan – up to 70% of the property value in one of TMM's projects;

Annual rate: 18% in UAH.
