OREANDA-NEWS. April 14, 2010. The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (the Agency) signed with members of the bank conglomerate Astana-Finance, Insurance Astana-Finance, Life Insurance Astana-Finance, Bank Astana-Finance, Brokerage Astana-Finance and Mortgage Astana-Finance a multilateral agreement banning risk-exposing transactions within the conglomerate, reported the press-centre of KASE. 

Conglomerate members must, before Astana-Finance comply with resolutions of the Agency dated February 1, 2010 No. 7 and No. 6, suspend transactions exposing conglomerate members to risk, and inform the Agency on actions taken to comply with the Agreement.

The agreement was signed March 19, 2010.
