The interest rate on this product is 12.5 – 15% per annum during the first five years of a loan, after which it is calculated quarterly depending on the situation in the market. Depending on the region, the Ruble mortgage with a fixed rate suggests similar terms and conditions of obtaining a loan save establishment of the interest rate. It is established for the whole life of the loan agreement and totals 13.5 –16% per annum depending on the form of confirmation of the borrower’s income.
