Moscow hosted the III Annual Conference "The Role of the Corporate Center in Russian Holding Companies Management" held by KPMG - one of the largest international providers of audit, tax and advisory services. The conference was attended by representatives of Razgulay Group headed by Rustem Mirgalimov, Chairman of the Board of Directors, reported the press-centre of Razgulay Group.

The conference addressed such hot topics as the role of the corporate center in transformation of subsidiaries, the practical aspects of the work of boards of directors of Russian companies in the transformation of management systems holdings and incentives: option scheme for top management, as well as the results of KPMG's study, "Who's Who in the organizational structure."
