OREANDA-NEWS. January 20, 2011. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) initiated a case against “Nyandomskoye Grain Company” Ltd., “Contact-Sever” Ltd. and “Arkhangelsk Bakery Products Works” upon the signs of violating Part 1 Article 11 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”, reported the press-centre of FAS.

The companies violated the law by simultaneously increasing flour prices from15th July to 2nd August 2010.

Initially the case was investigated by the Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (OFAS Russia) in the Arkhangelsk region. Later the case was transferred to the Central Office of FAS Russia as investigation proved that the antimonopoly law was violated in several constituent territories of the Russian Federation.
