OREANDA-NEWS. January 25, 2011. “Amurnefteproduct” OJSC paid in full he administrative fine for violating the antimonopoly law, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

On 30th September 2010, the Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (OFAS Russia) in the Amur region fined “Amurnefteproduct” OJSC three million Rubles for exercising concerted actions aimed at fixing retail prices for oil products in Zeya, the Amur region, in 2008 and in January - February 2009.

The company filed a lawsuit attempting to invalidate the determination issued by Amur OFAS Russia.

On 21st December 2010, Amur Regional Arbitration Court dismissed the claim of “Amurnefteproduct” OJSC on invalidating the determination of the antimonopoly body and, therefore, confirmed legitimacy of the imposed fine.
