OREANDA-NEWS. March 28, 2011. Kazakhstan Kagazy (Almaty region), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with copies of registered amendments and additions to the issue prospectus of its bonds KZPC1Y05C020 (KASE official list, buffer category, KKAGb2; KZT1, KZT3.5 bn; April 7, 2006 - April 7, 2011, semi-annual coupon indexed at inflation rate, 8.00 % APR in the reporting coupon period; 30/360) and a copy of a certificate of state registration of securities emission issued replacing the one issued previously, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the mentioned documents:

- Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (FSA) has registered amendments and additions to the issue prospectus of the said bonds;

- the mentioned certificate has been replaced due to a change in the mentioned bonds' circulation term;

- the mentioned bonds' maturity has been changed from April 2, 2011 to March 18, 2026;

- the National Identifying Number of the mentioned bonds' issue has been changed from KZPC1Y05C020 to KZP01Y20C023;

- the bonds' face value has been changed and makes up KZT1 plus the unpaid coupon interest due for the period from October 7, 2009 to March 18, 2011 as calculated per bond;

- the interest rate has been changed and makes up 13.00 % APR from the bond's face value;                                                                                  

- the procedure and terms of coupon payments on the mentioned bonds have been changed;

- the mentioned bonds' issue has been entered into the State Register of Emissive Securities under number C02-1.
