OREANDA-NEWS. April 15, 2011. The quality management system of the insurance company ROSNO was certified for compliance with the provisions of the international standard ISO 9001:2008. Following the results of the independent audit conducted by the company, the expert commission of the Certification Board of the Voluntary Certification System "Unified Standard" has issued the relevant certificate to ROSNO. It applies to all insurance activities performed by the company, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The ISO 9001:2008 standards are the international quality standards accepted in over 90 countries worldwide. The issuance of the certificate of compliance with the requirements of the said standards is an evidence of the fact that the company’s customer service quality corresponds to the internationally accepted level, and that the company undertakes to maintain this level in the future.

ROSNO has managed to achieve such an impressive result primarily thanks to the ongoing monitoring of customer satisfaction and customer expectations in various interaction spots (sales, loss settlement, hot lines, and dealing with complaints), and also due to implementation of measures aimed at strengthening customer focus and improving business processes. ROSNO pays special attention to the development of unified standards and rules of interaction with clients, development of new products and services which meet customer expectations, improving IT platform and processes serving interaction between different units within the company. The quality management system is built jointly by the majority of the company units which anyhow participate in interaction with clients. All internal processes are controlled and analyzed, enabling prompt identification of shortcomings and elimination of errors.

This certificate is recognized by international financial institutions and may be useful for international market transactions. The possession of such certificate considerably improves the company’s rating, strengthens its market position, provides new development opportunities and promotes more trust from clients and business partners.
