OREANDA-NEWS. November 24, 2011. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent authorized by Rostelecom OJSC to pay interest on the twelfth coupon and redeem 20% of the par value of the company’s Series02 bonds, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 10.5% per annum, or 10 rubles 47 kopecks per security, and 20% of the par value of the securities. In all, the Bank paid out 135,753,212 rubles 47 kopecks.

Rostelecom OJSC offered its Series 02 bond issue on February 15, 2011 by converting Series 06 bonds of Uralsviazinform OJSC taken over by Rostelecom OJSC.

Uralsviazinform OJSC floated its six-year Series 06 bond issue on November 24, 2005 to raise 2billion rubles. Sviaz-Bank was managing underwriter of the issue.
