(“CTC Media” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: CTCM), Russia’s leading independent media company, announced the launch of a CTC Channel application uniquely designed for the iPad as well as an updated version of its iPhone application in conjunction with Videomore social television network (www.videomore.ru), reported the press-centre of CTC Media.

The iPad application mirrors all the new functionality now available on the iPhone application, and provides users with access to the most popular CTC content available on the “Videomore” media player.

In addition to the standard search, video and TV program viewing functions, and the ability to switch between the “Most Popular Content”, “Series”, “Shows” and “Programs” sections, users also have access to:

Over 1,000 hours of content;

Program reminders – users can set reminders, which will be sent to their mobile phone 15 minutes prior to the start of their favorite shows on-air;

An improved live check-in function – users can now share information about what they watch with their friends.

The application also contains a merchandising section where users can purchase goods branded with their favorite CTC characters and series.
