OREANDA-NEWS. November 29, 2011. Implementing reforms, the Government aims to create a solid foundation for economic development. This was stressed by Prime Minister Mykola Azarov during communication with users of personal pages on Facebook.

"The task of reform is to create a solid foundation for economic development. If reforms are carried out in full, then the foundation will be strong, serious" - Mykola Azarov said.

The Prime Minister noted that the results of the reforms could be divided into short and long term reforms.

According to him, the administrative reform, which aimed to reduce and simplify administrative and managerial staff, this year gave a saving of budget funds of over 1 billion additions. Besides, as noted Mykola Azarov it had been carried out activities in the area of deregulation and those activities had also give positive effect.

The Prime Minister said that today the Government is actively working to create conditions for long-term rapid economic development, "so there was no crisis, that there was no downturn in the economy, because any recession - is worsening the lives of people".
