OREANDA-NEWS. December 02, 2011. To ensure a more convenient service for the clients of “Latvijas Krajbanka” and to avoid standing in lines, the bank Citadele invites the clients in Latvia to arrange a visit in advance on Citadele website at www.citadele.lv or by calling the around-the-clock Citadele Client Support Centre at 67010000, as well as by calling 1188. The system for arranging a visit is already operating, therefore a visit can be arranged already now, reported the press-centre of Citadele.

“To ensure a convenient service for clients, we have established a system for arranging a visit on the website of Citadele bank. By arranging a visit in advance, people can save time and avoid standing in line. As not all residents have an internet connection at their disposal, the visit can be arranged also by calling the Citadele Client Support Centre or 1188,” tells the Member of the Board of Citadele bank Kaspars Cikmacs.

Please, take into account that upon making the arrangements over 1188, you will have to give your personal information.

We are inviting the residents to enjoy the opportunity of accessing internet in local libraries to arrange a visit.

By filling in the contact information in the online system, you can choose the most convenient branch office in Latvia, the time of visit, and the preferable method of receiving the money. It can be arranged also via telephone by calling 1188 or the Citadele Client Support Centre employees, who will fill in the online form according to the client’s needs.

The system will show only the dates and times, which are available at the time of arranging the visit.
