OREANDA-NEWS. December 14, 2011. Belarusian-German enterprise Santa Bremor Ltd has acquired a 13.6% stake in OJSC Bereza cheese-making factory by purchasing 79,756 shares for Br10.767 billion (USD 1.2 million at the NBB rate) at an auction held by the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange.

The government’s stake in Bereza cheese-making factory totals 40.6%, local farms are in control of around 15% and 10-11% of shares are owned by the factory staff. The value of exports facilitated by Bereza cheese-making factory in Jan-Sep 2011 exceeded USD 50 million.

Belarusian-German enterprise Santa Bremor was registered on March 30, 1998 as a resident company of Brest Free Economic Area. Santa Bremor produces over 500 titles of fish and seafood, salads, pre-fabricated food, ice-cream, drinking water.
