OREANDA-NEWS. December 19, 2011. A regional HR forum of TATNEFT on "Electronic forms of staff training and development" was held in Almetyevsk (Republic of Tatarstan), reported the press-centre of TATNEFT.

The HR Forum chaired by Rustam Mukhamadeev, Deputy General Director for Human Resources and Social Development of TATNEFT was attended by Irina Larochkina, Deputy Minister of Energy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Oleg Bulgakov, Head of Corporate Control Office of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, Idgay Giniyatov, Head of Additional and Postgraduate Vocational Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rifdar Khamadyarov, Head of HR Office of TATNEFT, directors and employees of staffing services of the structural divisions, subsidiaries, management companies of TATNEFT, industrial enterprises and educational institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as moderators and the Methodological Council members of the Electronic Corporate University of TATNEFT.

The personnel policy pursued by the Company's management allows revealing the creative potential of talented young people and provides for high skill of the Company's employees. The Company's personnel managerial effectiveness enhances the systemic approach to selection, training and additional education of employees, application of innovative technologies and solutions. These and other effective tools of personnel management of TATNEFT were noted in the presentations made during the plenary session of the meeting.

The Forum became a platform for sharing experiences on various aspects of using information and communication technologies in teaching students and the Company’s staff development.

In the course of the event the most successful innovative projects of 2011 in the field of on-line education were presented to the audience. The interactive educational resources with application of modern information technologies to manage the educational process, opening up new opportunities for training and professional development of specialists have been joined together by the Electronic Corporate University.

The ECU based system allows carrying out intellectual and professional development of staff, performing selection of talented professionals and their adaptation providing for cooperation with universities in the area of training high quality professionals taking into account the situation in the Company and in the market. Thus, more than 5,000 persons have received training since the establishment of the Electronic Corporate University in 2011. Among the partners of ECU are more than 100 enterprises, universities, colleges and schools of Tatarstan and the public organization "Students League of the Republic of Tatarstan".

 A Methodological and an Expert Councils have been established and a voluntary movement “Activists of ECU” has been started. Thanks to its accessibility the popularity of the university is evidenced by the statistics of the portal visits. In 2011, the portal was visited more than 150 thousand times from various cities of Russia, CIS countries and far-abroad countries. The most visited page of the site was “Course of a young specialist”. It was visited more than 76,000 times. Over 1,000 young professionals of the Company completed this course, whose mentors were more than 500 employees - experienced professionals and managers of TATNEFT.

The Company's Project "Establishment of an Electronic Corporate University" was worthily appraised at the Republican level becoming a winner in the VII-th Contest "Top 50 Innovative Ideas for the Republic of Tatarstan in the "Innovations in Education" category.

Presentation of awards to the winners of the Republican contest was held on the day of the TATNEFT’s HR Forum. The award on behalf of the Electronic Corporate University was received by Vladimir Lavushchenko, Chairman of the ECU’s Methodological Council and Deputy General Director of TATNEFT on Economics. The ceremony of awards presentation was attended by Rustam Minnikhanov, President of Tatarstan, Ildar Khalikov, Prime Minister of Tatarstan, Zhores Alferov, Nobel Prize Winner and Scientific Director of the Skolkovo Innovation Center, foreign guests and other officials.
