OREANDA-NEWS. December 27, 2011. VTB and Non-Banking Credit Institution National Settlement Depository (NBCI JSC NSD) launched a new service: fast settlement / transfer of securities between NBCI JSC NSD and VTB Bank.

The new service will cover a list of issuers, whose securities are admitted to circulation under the ESSS DCC-VTB procedure. The fast settlement / transfer service will be available to customers for transactions with securities of the largest Russian companies from banking, extraction, and power sectors, as well as many other industries.

The fast settlement / transfer procedure will allow NSD and VTB customers to significantly shorten delivery of shares, streamline their transaction settlements, and cut their operational costs.
