These improvements are another evidence of a non-stop perfection in all aspects of the UVK’s in-house management system:

• in 2011 UVK’s overall service level amounted for 98.04%, while the service level in warehousing reached 99.89%;

• the online delivery confirmation and cargo track & trace service was launched;

• the full-fledged Customer Relationship Management system was implemented;

• the regular monitoring of the Customers’ satisfaction index was improved (the Customers’ questioning showed the 6% increase of this       index, compared with 2010);

• the flexible and reliable model of integrating the UVK’s ERP E-stock in Customers’ account systems was provided

All UVK’s business processes (commercial storage and warehousing, customs clearance and brokerage, physical distribution, freight forwarding) and services (both integrated solutions and separate logistics services) are in complete compliance with the ISO 9001 international quality management standards, and the company’s management remain focused on a non-stop improvement of its service level in the solutions and services provided
