OREANDA-NEWS. March 22, 2012. PJSC "Ukrsotsbank" that operates under the UniCredit Bank trade mark issued non-financial report on the principles of the UN Global Compact- the world's largest corporate citizenship and sustainability initiative.

PJSC "Ukrsotsbank" joined the Global Compact initiative in November 2006 and already in 2007 the Bank entered the Ukraine's first edition of social responsible companies which adopted socially responsible business practices established under the UN Global Compact initiative.

Non-financial report of the PJSC "Ukrsotsbank" for the 2011-2012 period is a written confirmation of the Bank's commitment to the community as a socially responsible player and a proof of the respect of the principles of the UN Global Compact, which Bank follows and implements in a good faith in its daily activities.

In the frames of the report t Bank described in the details the execution of the UN Global Compact principles in the context of a socially oriented, sponsorship projects, and in the vector of internal initiatives aimed at developing and promoting staff. Also the report includes projects aimed to improve the clients’ interaction processes, their servicing, innovations implemented during the reporting period, the environmental responsibility initiatives and the future prospects of the financial institution.

Boris Tymonkin, Chairman of the Board of the PJSC "Ukrsotsbank", noted that "2011 was busy for the Bank in terms of financial and social initiatives. Declaring itself as a reliable, modern and client-oriented financial partner, we understand the importance of the compliance with the stated standards. In the short term prospects the Bank plans to develop intensively the corporate business and alternative sales channels, which also will improve the customers’ interaction channels.
