OREANDA-NEWS. July 12, 2012. Raiffeisen Bank Aval has earned the highest reputation ranking among Ukrainian banks. This was informed by the GfK Ukraine company in its regular research of the PI banking market for Q1 2012.

The bank’s reputation has been measured as higher than that in the market as a whole — at 3.82 level according to a 5-score scale.

The results of the study of public perceptions in the first quarter showed that Raiffeisen Bank Aval again has got the highest customer satisfaction degree — 4.42 scores according to a 5-score scale. As GfK Ukraine notes, Raiffeisen Bank Aval’s clients meet with queues and improperly equipped bank offices more rarely than clients of other banks.

In addition, the majority of respondents are ready to recommend Raiffeisen Bank Aval to their relatives, friends and colleagues — its NPS (Net Promoter Score) index has increased from 21% to 26% in comparison with Q4 2011. The bank has also become the leader in terms of attractiveness for the existing clients.

Within the framework of the study, GfK Ukraine measured the public perceptions of 3,000 respondents aged from 16 years old. The sampling is representative for Ukraine’s population by the parameters as follows: people’s age, sex, habitation region and location size.
