OREANDA-NEWS. July 19, 2012. The Board of Directors of Mostotrest convened for its meeting on July 5, 2012, in Moscow. The meeting was attended by members of the Board elected on June 27 by the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting.

The Board has unanimously re-elected Mr. Georgy Koryashkin as its Chair. Mr. Koryashkin has been serving on the Board of Directors of Mostotrest since June 2007.

The Board has also unanimously re-elected Mrs. Maria Zhurba (member of the Board since 2008) as its Deputy Chair, and Mr. Gennady Bogatyrev as Corporate Secretary.

The Board appointed Mr. Arnaut Dirk Lugtmeyer as Chair of the Audit Committee. Other elected Audit Committee members include Mrs. Maria Zhurba (Committee Deputy Chair) and Yuri Novozhilov.

Mostotrest (including LLC Corporation Engtransstroy and LLC TRANSSTROYMEKHANISATSIYA) is the largest diversified infrastructure and bridge-building company in Russia. According to EMBS Group, the independent industry consultancy, Mostotrest had an 8.6% share of the total Russian infrastructure construction market in 2011 (excluding road maintenance and rehabilitation).
