OREANDA-NEWS. July 27, 2012. The VI ceremony of IR magazine Russia and CIS Awards 2012 was held on July 12. 359 respondents of 221 market participants took part in voting (37% of them is coming from Russia, 20% — from Great Britain and 11% — from the USA), reported the press-centre of Bank Vozrozhdenie.

Andrey Shalimov, Deputy Chairman of Bank Vozrozhdenie Management Board, won the 1st place in nomination Best investor relations by CFO, small cap, among the representatives of top-management.

We strive to maintain a regular dialog with the investment community remaining transparent in information disclosure notwithstanding the market conditions. We are glad that these efforts were recognized by our key audience”, — commented Andrey Shalimov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

IR magazine Russia & CIS Awards is held annually to recognize best investor relations teams and specialists, that contributes to implementing best IR practices in the companies of the region. All the companies and professionals who were recognized among the best across all the categories stand out for the high level of investor relations.

Winners are defined on the basis of independent opinion research of equity market participants: analysts and portfolio managers. This year voting was held from March 19 to May 4, 2012. Companies are divided by categories on the basis of capitalization indexes of MICEX.
