Crylani Trading Ltd is a private-sector company registered in Cyprus. Via two subsidiary companies also registered in Cyprus it controls two retail centres in Moscow. Its beneficiary owners are two private individuals – a Russian and a British citizen – who have invested substantial resources in real estate development projects, both in Russia and elsewhere in Europe.
