OREANDA-NEWS. November 15, 2012. Sviaz-Bank sold out its three-year Series BO-01 bond issue to raise 5billion rubles, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The book of applications for bond purchase was closed at 18:00 hours Moscow time on October 30, 2012. The total demand for the Bank’s bonds ran up to 6 billion rubles.

The bonds were offered on public subscription at the MICEX Stock Exchange. The offering comprises 5 million bonds at a par value of 1,000 rubles each. Interest payable on the first coupon was fixed at 9.0% per annum, and the second coupon will pay interest at the same rate.

Sviaz-Bank acted as the lead manager and offering agent of the issue, with Rosselkhozbank OJSC as leading co-manager. The issue co-underwriters included Bank Credit Suisse CJSC (Moscow), CB Bank of Settlements and Savings LLC, ACB EVROFINANCE MOSNARBANK OJSC, ACB NOVIKOMBANK CJSC, and Uglemetbank OJSC.
