OREANDA-NEWS. December 07, 2012. Over the last eleven months of 2012, Surgutneftegas produced 56,189 thousand tons of crude oil. Compared to the same period of 2011, added crude output exceeded over 1%, reported the press-centre of Surgutneftegas.

For the year to date, crude output in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) equaled 6 million tons. Contribution of crude produced in the region to the total production output of the Company increased from 8.8% to 10.7%.

In the period from January to November 2012, gas production amounted to over 11,152 million cubic meters.

In-house drilling within eleven months of the current year went beyond 4,499 thousand meters of rock, including exploratory drilling reaching almost 183 thousand meters. Compared to January-November of the previous year, development and exploratory drilling grew by 3.5% and 8.6%, respectively.
