Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has instructed the Minister of Economic Development and Trade Igor Prasolov accelerate the finalization of the draft low "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine" On the main principles of the government supervision (control) of economic activity" and as quickly as possible to submit it to the Government. This was started by the Prime Minister at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.

According to him, developed by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade legislative changes are aimed at a consistent continuation of the course of deregulation, maximum protection of a producer and entrepreneur, creating the most favorable conditions for investment.
"Business still goes on thinking that the major obstacles in their work are unfounded inspections and their number. Therefore, the arrangement of these inspections, their minimization, merging into a comprehensive verification of requests of various bodies of state supervision (control) - it is very essential facilitation for doing business. Mentioned bill will resolve a problem", Mykola Azarov said.

He added that the bill, in particular, prohibits the planned action on one entity in a calendar year separately by different bodies of state supervision (control) if they have participated in a comprehensive inspection.

"In other words we are depriving businesses from onerous, sometimes unnecessary inspections. Thus coordinating the work of state supervision (control) to conduct comprehensive inspections, creating and maintaining a single registry checks will be carried out not at the discretion of regulatory bodies, but in the manner prescribed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine", the Prime Minister said. At the same time, he added, to stop production or sale of products will be able to do exclusively by decision of a court. And only in the case of higher risk it will be possible to do by the decision of the controlling authority.
