OREANDA-NEWS. UTair Aviation subsidiary UTair Finance has paid off the initial and second public offering BO-01 and BO-02 series bonds on 26th of March. The total notional value amounted to 3 bln rubles discharged for the last of twelve coupons, completing the company's obligations for shareholders.

The total income value paid out for the bonds of both series during the circulation period consisted of 1,121,760,000 rubles.

UTair Finance series BO-01 and BO-02 bonds had been placed on the Moscow Stock Exchange in March 2010. Sberbank of Russia, Region Bank and TransKreditBank were joint runners of the bond issue.

UTair Finance is an active player on the bond market. At present time UTair Finance has 10 bond issues totaling 14.5 bln rubles in circulation. All UTair Finance bonds are listed the A1 quotation list.

UTair Finance is a UTair Aviation subsidiary founded to develop and implement investment programs for UTair Aviation, its bound issue guarantor.
