OREANDA-NEWS. April 23, 2013. The International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) is introducing a resource management module based on solutions of Naumen Service Desk of Naumen Company - Russian software developer.

The network of IBA's ATMs is operating now on the platform of developer mentioned. It is an industry solution to manage the network of ATMs, developed on the basis of Naumen Service Desk product.

The solution is used by internal services of the bank, using the ATMs network set in the country. Centralized ATMs service system is designed to increase the availability of ATMs for customers and reduce downtime by improving their efficiency service divisions.

The Bank is considering the opportunity of automating their administrative-economic activity. It is planned to complete the work in this area by the end of the year.

IBA is the first and currently the only bank in the country, introducing ITIL (Information Technologies Infrastructure Library) processes based on the Naumen Service Desk software.
