OREANDA-NEWS. ОАО Rostelecom and ОАО the Bank of Moscow have completed the work aimed at integrating the Bank of Moscow in the number of full-fledged participants of the payment infrastructure of the United State and Municipal Service Portal (www.gosuslugi.ru). The standard commission for payments made at the portal via the Bank of Moscow has been made 3 times lower and now amounts to 1% with a minimum commission of 10 RUR.

Today, thanks to the assistance of the Bank of Moscow road traffic police fines, amounts due under writs of execution issued by the Federal Service of Court Bailiffs, state duties for the registration of vehicles, qualifying exams for a driver’s license can be paid at the United State and Municipal Service Portal. Payment can be made with Visa and MasterCard cards.

Payments for the services are made with the use of the State Information System for State and Municipal Payments to which the Bank of Moscow is connected as an official participant having completed informational and technical integration in order to be able to pay the Federal Treasury payments as state duties, fines and charges. In the near future it is planned to expand the list of services that the users of the United State Service Portal with be able to pay with the help of the Bank of Moscow: federal migration services, communal services and others.

"The provision of high quality services at the United State and Municipal Service Portal is one of the Bank’s strategic tasks in the sphere of electronic commerce", stated Vadim Izotov, Head of the State, Regional and Municipal Products Directorate of the Bank of Moscow. "A smooth-running interaction permits to transmit the fact of payment to the Federal Treasury at once".

"Expanding the list of credit organisations connected to the payment infrastructure on the basis of the open standards is a key aspect of developing competition and minimising commissions on the State Service Portal," noted Roman Kravtson, acting Vice President for innovative development. "The reduced commissions make the State Service Portal more convenient and useful for people".
