The reform programme continues and will be aided by the Association Agreement and the related Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade agreement if this is signed in November this year as the government hopes. It is also important that reform in the energy market continues speedily so that the necessary investments can be made in upgrading Ukraine’s electricity generating infrastructure.”
