OREANDA-NEWS. The Bank of Moscow and ООО BNU Ipoteka have entered into a partnership agreement on co-operation in the sphere of mortgage crediting.

Within the scope of the concluded agreement OOO BTU Ipoteka will represent the interests of the Bank of Moscow in the implementation of mortgage lending programmes in Nizhny Novgorod area. The planned volumes of co-operation are more than 25 deals per Q.

The Bank of Moscow within the VTB Group offers various mortgage lending programmes both in the primary and secondary housing markets, the interest rate starting from 11% depending on the amount of the first payment, currency and maturity period. In addition the Bank of Moscow applies a minimum investment charge during the period of construction, charges no commission for considering applications, managing accounts, extending loans and premature loan repayment.

ООО BTU Ipoteka is the first Russian company that provides free of charge a full range of services aimed at obtaining mortgage loans by individuals. The company’s employees follow the mortgage deal among the developer, the bank and the end buyer of residential space at all the stages of the deal starting from the selection of a mortgage credit programme and ending with the granting of the loan.
