OREANDA-NEWS. On September 7, 2013 Cuban delegation headed by the Comandante Ramiro Valdes visited the site of the well ¹ BJ-2001 at Boca de Jaruco oil field (40 km east of Havana), where delegation had a look at the pilot works within the realization of the project of Zarubezhneft on enhanced oil recovery. High-ranking Cuban guest accompanied Division general - Chief of Staff of national civil defense Ramon Pardo Guerra, General Director of "Cupet" Juan Torres Naranjo and other officials. Russian side of the delegation was presented by the heads of the departments of "Zarubezhneft" in Cuba.

Ramiro Valdes accepted the detailed report of the head of the project, made the round of the facility and offered assistance in solution of arising problems. Cuban side took a favorable view of organization of the working process by the Russian company and implementation the rules of safe conduct of works at the oil field.
