OREANDA-NEWS. The Camp took place on September 21-28 in “Krasny Holm” recreational complex located in Yaroslavl region. Over 100 fifth year students from leading Russian pharmaceutical universities attended a three-stage program dedicated to manufacturing, marketing/management and circulation of drugs. Among the participants of “PHILIN” were citizens of Russia, CIS, Lebanon and Tanzania.

The camp’s educational program included 2 training days arranged by R-Pharm Group. The company’s executives from medical and biotech departments presented two training courses: “Pharmacovigilance, clinical and pre-clinical trials of innovative drugs and generics” and “Practical aspects of validation for analytical methods in pharmaceutical manufacturing”. HR-managers presented the company’s profile and corporate educational and career development programs.

R-Pharm Group supported the “PHILIN” camp for the second time. This one of a kind educational project combines resources of leading pharmaceutical companies and training centers, supports human resource development of Russian pharmaceutical industry and provides students an opportunity to meet their future employers. The camp’s participants may be reasonably called the young elite of pharmaceutical industry since all of them were carefully selected by their universities. Collaboration between students and employers didn’t finish with the end of the camp: R-Pharm Group and other pharmaceutical companies of Yaroslavl region are ready to hire new grads when they finish their education.
