OREANDA-NEWS. In the course of 2013 Bank “Finance and Credit” initiated and implemented a number of projects intended to increase the efficiency and quality of services rendered to customers.

The financial result of the Bank's 2013 performance exceeded UAH 6.2 million. The Bank's 2013 operating profit made up UAH 938.45 million. In 2013 Bank “Finance and Credit” paid over UAH 220 million in taxes and social benefits to the budget.

As of 01.01.2014 the net assets of Bank “Finance and Credit” stepped over UAH 25.7 billion, which by UAH 3.2 billion exceeds the 2012 results. The authorized capital of Bank “Finance and Credit” made up UAH 2.3 billion as of 01.01.2014.

As of 01.01.2014 the Bank's loan portfolio made up over UAH 22.016 billion, including the corporate loan portfolio of UAH 18.138 billion. As of 01.01.2014 the Bank attracted UAH 4.411 billion from corporate customers. As of 01.01.2014 Bank “Finance and Credit” made a loan loss reserve of UAH 1.768 billion.

The Bank services approximately 210 thousand term deposits of individuals and nearly 319 thousand current accounts. In 2013 the volume of funds held on term deposit accounts and current accounts of individual customers of the Bank grew year-on-year by UAH 3 billion and as of 01.01.2014 it reached UAH 11.932 billion, of which the volume of funds held on term deposit accounts of individual customers was UAH 10.997 billion.

During 2013 Bank “Finance and Credit” made monthly up to 500 thousand payment acceptance operations. On the whole, in 2013, the Bank processed over 5.9 million payments, which increase by 18.7% year-on-year.

As of 01.01.2014 the Bank has over 8,690 agreements on accepting payments from individuals in favour of legal entities. In the course of 2013 the Bank signed over 1,220 both online and offline payment acceptance agreements - Avon Cosmetics Ukraine, PJSC MTS Ukraine, PJSC Farlep Invest, GIVC (Main Information Computing Centre), Ukrtelecom, Intertelecom LTD and other Internet providers, tourist agencies and tour operators. Besides that, the Bank implemented the possibility to accept payments in favour of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, State Registration Service of Ukraine, State Automobile Inspection MIA of Ukraine (payment of fines for traffic offences, court ordered payments, etc.

In 2013 the Bank's commission fee income for cash and settlement services and acceptance of payments from individuals made up UAH 59.2 million, which rose by over 18.3% year-on-year.

In 2013 Bank “Finance and Credit” enhanced the functionality of automated customer service systems. The branches of the Bank were equipped with self-service terminals for accepting payments, reloading cards issued by the Bank, and repaying loans. The “Internet Bank” system was tailored to needs of customers engaged in notarial activity - the Bank implemented the possibility to make notarial and budget payments, transfers through special notary accounts. The list of companies whose services can now be paid for in the “Internet Bank” system was expanded more than twice. Among them are companies operating in the following areas: tourism, insurance, security, payment for kindergarten, etc.

Over 2013 there were over 47 thousand new users enrolled in the “Internet Bank” system. The most frequently performed by the system users operations were replenishing / opening of deposit accounts, card-to-card transfers, payment for services of various companies (utility services, mobile/telephony services, the Internet, TV and others). The operations most demanded by notary customers were notarial payments, tax payments, non-cash transfers though notary accounts when executing sale and purchase deals. The new service of instant money transfers by SMS was also acclaimed by the customers who actively use the “Internet Bank” system.

As of 01.01.2014 Bank “Finance and Credit” services over 603 thousand payment cards of international money transfer systems, such as VISA and MasterCard.

The card business infrastructure consists of 5,956 points of sale, 476 own automated teller machines and 639 pay-out locations.

In 2013 the annual turnover of the AVERS international money transfer system made up UAH 11 billion multicurrency, of which UAH 7 billion of cross-border transfers. Following the 2013 results, the number of transfers stepped over the 2 million threshold, which evidenced nearly a triple year-on-year increase. AVERS cooperates with 98 agent banks and 6 foreign partner systems. Its network consists of over 2.95 thousand agent locations in Ukraine and over 100 thousand agent locations abroad.

Bank “Finance and Credit” is known to be one of the largest importers of foreign currency and in 2013 the Bank brought in Ukraine c. USD 518 million and ˆ44 million.

In 2013 Bank “Finance and Credit” sold over 6 thousand commemorative coins made of gold and silver and over 45 thousand coins made of non-precious metals. Apart from that, the Bank sold 422 bullion coins and over 6 thousand coins struck by foreign mints.
