OREANDA-NEWS.  February 13, 2014. According to SOCAR Georgia Holding's official report for 2013, SOCAR Georgia Gas Company constructed 1,179 kilometres of new gas pipelines and provided natural gas to 37,500 subscribers in 2013.

Currently, total length of pipelines in Georgia equals to 3,969 kilometres, and the Company serves more than 347,000 subscribers. At the same time, total length of new gas pipelines laid by SOCAR Georgia Gas Distribution LLC in Georgia makes 413 kilometres and the number of subscribers provided with natural gas is 11,500.

In 2013, 652.5 million cubic meters of natural gas was exported to the Georgian market via the SOCAR Georgia Gas LLC. Under the agreement between the Georgian government and SOCAR, the volumes of natural gas exported by SOCAR Gas Export-Import LLC made 1.246 billion cubic meters in 2013.
