OREANDA-NEWS.  April 22, 2014. Matters of quality, promptness and prices for registration of economic agents at the State Registration Chamber were discussed at a sitting of the Economic Council to the Premier taken part in by representatives of business circles of Moldova, the press service of the government informs.

Premier Iurie Leanca proposed that the registration service be of higher quality, rendered promptly and at an affordable price and new enterprises be founded and managed without any institutional and financial barriers. Justice Minister Oleg Efrim said the Regulations of the Registration Chamber would be amended soon to convert the Chamber into a public establishment from a state enterprise.

This is expected to raise the effectiveness of the body. Participants of the sitting proposed that registration procedures be simplified through introduction of single points of contact through which all formalities and procedures should be completed. As a result, businessmen will be able to have their enterprises registered in electronic format.

Wider access to information of the Registration Chamber and to constituent documents was also a topic for discussion. In this connection the single register of legal entities is going to be created to contain all records about companies and their founders. This service is expected to be available online and free of charge.
