OREANDA-NEWS.  Tele2, an alternative mobile operator, has reported the appointment of Vadim Goncharov to the post of chief technical officer in Tele2’s South macroregion.

Vadim Goncharov will supervise strategic planning and organization of the network’s rollout and development in South and North Caucasian federal districts, building up an efficient team and control over operations of technical services.

According to Tele2 management structure, Vadim Goncharov will keep the post of chief technical officer at Tele2 Krasnodar and Agygeya.

Vadim Goncharov graduated from the Orlov State Technical University holding a degree in Construction and Technology of Radioelectronic Equipment and Law.

Vadim joined the Tele2 team in February 2005 as engineer in the centre for planning and developing the company’s network in Omsk. In April 2011 he was appointed as the head of the group in charge of radio network optimization. In September 2013 Vadim took up the post of chief technical officer at Tele2 Krasnodar and Adygeya. In 2014 he was appointed as chief technical officer of the South macroregion.
