OREANDA-NEWS. June 09, 2014. The Central Bank of the Russian Federation has registered a report on the results of B&N Bank's additional share issue.

As a result, the total capital increased by RUB 4 billion and amounted to RUB 28 billion as of June 1, 2014.

Shares were placed through private offering in favor of Hanberg Finance Limited owned by the founder of B&N Bank – Mikail Gutseriev. Total number of the uncertificated registered ordinary shares is 9,626,956, with a nominal value of RUB 200 per one share. The offering price per one share is RUB 415.50.

After the additional share issue B&N Bank’s share capital will increase by RUB 1.9 billion to RUB 9.3 billion and the total capital will grow by RUB 4 billion to RUB 28 billion.

B&N Bank President Mikail Shishkhanov now holds about 77.7% of shares and Mikail Gutseriev – about 20.6% of shares.
