OREANDA-NEWS. August 21, 2014. Khabarovsk Branch of the Bank of Moscow opened a credit facility of RUB 350 million for Namkommunteploenergo OJSC.

The credit facility was opened until 2020 to finance the implementation of Namkommunteploenergo investment program 2013-2017 (procurement of equipment, materials and components).

The core business of Namkommunteploenergo OJSC is supplying heat and water to residential, production and social facilities within the Namsky District, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The company owns 18 production sites, gas facilities and a road transport shop. Eighty-three boiler houses are maintained by it.

"The Bank of Moscow has accumulated vast experience of cooperation with housing and utilities enterprises, and we are glad that, by providing financing to Namkommunteploenergo OJSC, we can support the utilities sector in the Namsky District, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)," commented Evgeny Monin, Director of Corporate Sales Management Department, Bank of Moscow.
