OREANDA-NEWS. The federal state unitary enterprise Courier Communication Central Board has equipped its new meeting rooms and a conference hall with smart media systems. CROC completed the project in just three months.

Smart media systems have been installed in new VIP meeting rooms as well as in a specialized convertible conference hall that transforms into a smaller assembly hall and two meeting rooms and is used for holding formal meetings and receptions. The conference hall equipment, furniture, engineering systems, and interior design must ensure maximum comfort and convenience for both speakers and attendees. New smart media systems installed in the conference hall enable the customer to spend less time preparing for and holding events, improve event management and attendee communication during discussions, and also provide clearer and more perceptive information.

"Advanced meeting rooms and a conference hall are vital for any company to perform efficiently. Each year we hold a variety of events, including corporate meetings, presentations and seminars, large-scale staff training courses involving regional offices, and negotiations with clients and contractors. The newly equipped rooms fully meet our event management needs and comply with high quality sound, video and overall system manageability standards," said Kirill Gusev, IT Director, Courier Communication Central Board.

The project features an impressive variety of AV equipment from leading vendors such as Draper, Projectiondesign, Samsung, AMX Enova, Extron, Kramer, BSS, Crown, JBL, AKG, Shure, etc., and includes a projection screen of over 7 sq. m., Full HD LCD panels, a ceiling speaker system, microphones, multi-functional switching equipment, and a programmable sound control system. In particular, the video system allows for the display of photo and video presentations on all devices connected to the system, content distribution according to individual scenarios, and a reduction in the need for hard copies of documents.

"Despite the tight deadlines specified by the customer, we managed to create smart and user-friendly media systems that can be customized for any event type and hall configuration. For instance, it is now possible to promptly change sound equipment interconnections as well as display content on all panels at once or use panels separately. In addition, for customer convenience, presentations can be delivered from both the speaker's rostrum and the operator's desk," said Andrey Stepochkin, Large Account Director, CROC.
