OREANDA-NEWS. November 12, 2014. IBA Group launches new software product Chancellor Smart. Chancellor Smart is a mobile application designed for efficient and convenient online and offline remote work with an electronic document management (EDM) system using iOS and Android mobile devices.

Chancellor Smart basic features are:

To manage the processes of document and assignment processing

To automate basic procedures of working with documents and assignments

To reduce the time spent on retrieving, collecting, and processing of information.

The Chancellor Smart workstation has a user friendly interface. Thanks to its intelligibility, a user is able to start working with the system without special training. The framework design provides a possibility to customize the mobile client according to the requirements of a particular user.

The system of document endorsement and commenting enables a user to leave text, graphic, and audio comments. In addition, it is possible to cancel a decision before synchronization if necessary.

With the minimal modifications, Chancellor Smart can be integrated with the system of electronic document management created on any platform. The unified interfaces of data exchange between Chancellor Smart and the EDM system are used.

Chancellor Smart is intended to increase operational efficiency of the employees who don't need to work with the full–fledged version of the EDM system.
