OREANDA-NEWS. The Government of Ukraine urges members of the parliamentary majority to share the political responsibility. Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk informed in the course of a discussion of the draft State Budget 2015 and a Governmental package of tax, fiscal and social legislation in Parliament on Tuesday, December 23.

He remembered that the members of the coalition who had formed the Government in the last three weeks together with the Government worked also on the budget package, "This is a shared political responsibility of the Parliament, the Government and the President. It is the responsibility for the fate of the country and for the millions of Ukrainian citizens."

Arseniy Yatsenyuk stressed that today the draft law on the State Budget for 2015 isn’t to be considered as a separate document, "This document should be approved in the end. Not having adopted a general package of laws on de-shadowing, depriving of adherence to oligarchism, demonopolization, deregulation and decentralization which is now in the Parliament, we won’t achieve success," he said.

The Head of Government urged MPs to continue work on the package of budget bills, "I ask everyone to take bills for consideration. You are commenting them without having read. We have sent them to ensure that these bills are in the Parliament and meetings of the committees are summoned. To invite members of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, to revise all laws and adopt them, instead of being engaged in cheap political populism, which actually has led the country to bankruptcy".

He noted that the Government "accepts any offers, just realistic but not populist ones."

Following the discussion the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the draft Resolution on the specific procedure of consideration and adoption of the draft Law of Ukraine on the State Budget of Ukraine for 2015 (No. 1000-P) and the draft Resolution on the specific procedure of consideration of bills related to the adoption of the draft Law of Ukraine on the State Budget of Ukraine for 2015 (No. 1000-P1).
