OREANDA-NEWS. January 08, 2015. The global economy has not been fully recovered from the financial crisis of 2007-2009, and we see the second stage of development of the crisis, it is said in a New Year speech of Kazakh Finance Minister Bakhyt Sultanov.

"Last year was difficult. The global economy has not been fully recovered from the financial crisis of 2007-2009. We see the second stage of development of the crisis today. Geopolitical cataclysms in the Middle East and Ukraine, as well as mutual sanctions policy between Western countries and Russia have an additional obstacle to the recovery of the global economy. Kazakhstan, as part of it, is also experiencing the negative impact of these processes.

The head of Kazakhstan was the first among world leaders as an outstanding strategist who announced the New Economic Policy "Nurly Zhol - Path to the Future" in his address to the people of our country. The New Economic Policy indicates ways of creating conditions for sustainable economic growth, preserving existing jobs and creating new ones," it is said in the text of congratulations published on the official website of Kazakh Finance Ministry.

"Together we will overcome the crisis and build a successful society. The faithfulest way to prosperity of the Motherland – constructive labor, stability, belief in ourselves and in our future," B. Sultanov said in greeting.
