Mikhail Noskov, CEO at Tele2:

“We call 2015 “a high-speed year” because of large-scale 3G and 4G launches, integration processes, started operations in new regions. But even in such a busy time we do not forget about our old good traditions. We first ran People Open Day in 2011. Employees go “to the fields” in order to talk to the clients, tell them about advantages of our tariffs and services and attract new clients. Honest and transparent communication with our subscribers is the most important part of the Tele2 corporate culture. Face-to-face communication helps us better understand clients’ needs and take them into account when developing new products and services.”
